All Sparkle Reserve Deposits are non-refundable.

Sparkle Reserve Deposits may be applied to all Ready-to-Wear Costumes, Sparkle Reserve Designs and Wishlist Designs.

Sparkle Reserve Deposits require all design details to be finalised a minimum of 10 weeks prior to the shipping date selected.

Unfortunately, Sparkle Worldwide cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or incorrect fit. 

We can offer a refund if the the goods are damaged or have been incorrectly described.
