If the costume is not paid in full within the agreed payment plan timeframe, you will be considered to have forfeited the costume and the costume will not be shipped. The costume will be released back for public sale, and all payments already made to Sparkle Worldwide will be retained by Sparkle Worldwide.

Return policy

Unfortunately, Sparkle Worldwide cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or incorrect fit. 

We can offer a refund if the the goods are damaged or have been incorrectly described.
