OVERVIEW

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from our sketch to costume range (‘Sparkle Reserve”) you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Sparkle Reserve, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with our standard Terms of Service. If there is any contradiction between these terms the standard Terms of Service will apply. 

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the term “Reservation Fee” refers to the 25% deposit fee that is paid at the time of reservation.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the term “Sketch Listing” refers to the sketch of the upcoming costume and its associated information. 

SECTION 1 - RESERVATION FEE

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand and agree that the Reservation Fee is non-refundable.

The Reservation Fee is construed as a deposit on the costume that is depicted in the design sketch and will be deducted from the final price of the costume. 

We may, in our sole discretion, cancel and refund the Reservation Fee at any time. 

A refund of the Reservation Fee may be applicable if the size of the final costume is materially different to the size described in the design sketch, or if the costume is not completed by the date described in the Sketch Listing 

Costumes will not be reserved until the Reservation Fee is paid.

We reserve the right to increase or change the Reservation Fee amount at any time at our sole discretion.  

The reservation fee is charged as 25% of the total costume price. The currency conversion for other currencies will be determined by the Shopify Exchange Rate system and will be calculated at checkout.  

The Reservation Fee is non-transferable and cannot be canceled and then used on a different design. Any cancellation of the Reservation Fee is final. 

SECTION 2 - DESIGN SKETCH

We make every effort to ensure our design sketches are an accurate representation of our final product, however there may be some discrepancies between the sketches and the final costume.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to costumes at our sole discretion and without notice. This includes minor changes in colour, material and style etc.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand and agree that refunds on the Reservation Fee will not be accepted due to any of the aforementioned changes.

Major changes in design may qualify for a refund of the Reservation Fee at our sole discretion. 

SECTION 3 - PRICE

The price for the final costume will be provided with the Sketch Listing prior to reservation. 

The price provided with the Sketch Listing does not include shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

The price of the costume as provided with the Sketch Listing is final and cannot be altered. 

The price of the costume provided with the Sketch Listing is the price for the completed costume including all accessories described in the listing.

The Reservation Fee will be deducted from the price provided with the Sketch Listing and the balance remaining will be payable when the costume is complete.

The price listed with the Sketch is in USD$ and any currency conversions will be provided by Shopify at the time of final purchase. 

SECTION 4 - SIZE

The size of the final costume will be provided with the Sketch Listing prior to reservation. 

The size of the costume as provided with the Sketch Listing is final and cannot be altered. 

Any major discrepancy in the size of the final costume will result in a refund of the Reservation Fee. 

SECTION 5 - DUE DATES

We make every effort to ensure our costumes are completed by the date described in the Sketch Listing, however there may be delays in our production from time to time. 

The date referred to in the Sketch Listing is the date that the costume will be available for dispatch. 

You understand that the date described in the Sketch Listing is not a description of the date the product will arrive to you. 

You understand that there will be a difference in the date the costume is available for dispatch and the date the costume will arrive to you. 

A refund of the Reservation Fee will be applicable where the costume is not ready to be dispatched on the date described in the Sketch Listing.

We reserve the right to complete the costume at any time prior to the date described in the Sketch Listing, at our sole discretion. 

The costume will be considered finished and available for dispatch at the time the final payment notification email is sent, not the time payment is made. 

SECTION 6 - COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE

You understand that you will receive notice via email that the costume you have reserved is complete.

You understand that we will not be responsible for any delay in communication as a result of incorrect or incomplete information being provided by you, the purchaser. 

You understand that once the email has been sent you will have a total of 48 hours to complete the purchase of your reserved costume.

If you do not complete your purchase within 48 hours you will be deemed to have forfeited your Reservation Fee and the costume will be made available to the general public.

The 48 hours will begin at the time the email is sent to you, not the time you open the email. 

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING

SECTION 8 - CANCELING YOUR RESERVATION

You may cancel your reservation on a costume at any time, however your Reservation Fee will be considered to be forfeited and will not be refunded. 

If you cancel your reservation no further charges will be applicable and there is no obligation to purchase the final product.

Any cancellations on a reservation are final and cannot be reinstated. 

You understand that the Reservation Fee is non-transferable and cannot be canceled and then used on a different design. 

You understand that the Reservation Fee cannot be canceled and then reinstated on the same costume if you change your mind.

Cancellations to reservations on a Sketch Listing will result in the design being released for reservation by the general public.

If you cancel your reservation and then later choose to purchase the finished costume, the reservation fee will not be deducted from your purchase and the full amount as listed on our website will be due.

SECTION 9 - REFUND ON FINISHED PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, Sparkle Worldwide cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or incorrect fit. 

We can offer a refund if the goods are damaged or have been incorrectly described.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
